Amazing displays of ignorance
Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "My dad's friend told us there's no such thing as gravity - it's just the weight of air holding us down". Tell us of times you've been floored by abject stupidity. "Whenever I read the Daily Express" is not a valid answer.

I feel your pain!
I live near to Notts Ikea and as a result regularly get dragged there to replace whatever item my beloved husband has managed to destroy. The queues to get in aren't the half of it! I sometimes sit down for a while and people watch. Its hilarious! All those couples that have spent hours with their tempers fraying in the car go MENTAL once inside. I swear they should offer quickie divorces at the checkouts. Next time tell her to go on her own. Keep your sanity!!!!

Bizarrely
Once we got inside the store itself was quite empty and the checkout queue was the shortest I've ever seen.
Also on the plus side, we came out with a TV cabinet/ table, a shedload of tealights, wine glasses, tumblers and low energy light bulbs for less than £100!! The car was so full we nearly had to leave the kids behind.
