They do offer it to new folkHowever they just don't install any more cable.
Each week several people get unplugged and have to call virgin to have their problem "investigated and fixed"
Bloke comes round the next week and plugs cable in to the customers who have been complaining, leaving several other customers without cable. Thses people then have to call virgin to have their problem "investigated and fixed" etc.
