...but prevailing opinion seems to be that way. Honestly, with some people it would be more acceptable to mention that you used to abuse animals than went to a public school.

pisses me right off. Right. I went to a private school, therefore I'm an arsehole. Yeah, because I clearly had a fucking choice whether I wanted to sent to a private school or a public school. Yep - my parents would definitely have listened to my opinion and, at eight years old, I was clearly old enough to have actually developed an opininon of my own.

I worked long and hard at becoming an arsehole, and I'll be damned if my school gets to take any of the credit for that.
