Virginare the same.
They have a big call center in India, and a small one in Scotland. If you ring them, and put the phone down when you get India, noramlly after 5 or 6 attempts you get Scotland.
I have no idea why they think it saves money. The Indian call center is absolutely useless, they have not got a clue. One of them told me my Internet connection (which is fibre optic, comes into my house underground) kept cutting in and out because the weather was bad.
Turned out to be a hosed router, which I worked out myself.
