Sorry for another response but one very strange crush I had when I was about 13 was on:
Chun-Li from the SNES version of Street Fighter II*
I got very adept at pressing the pause button just after she was knocked to the ground or got leg sweeped by Ken or Ryu.
*in my defense I was a very sheltered child in a presbyterian household
