Terrible foodBack when I was a student, we had a "clear out the fridge" party. Everyone brought what they had left and the idea was to make a big meal out of it.
The stew/casserole/whatever was going surprisingly well until someone added the tin of mackerel in tomato sauce they'd been hoarding all year.
What's the worst thing you've ever cooked or eaten? Who's the worst cook you've encountered?

Korean MexicanMy wife is Korean. She likes to cook for me, and has tried to make a lot of foods she's not used to. A few months ago she got some packages of Mexican food containing tortillas and all the sauces and spices necessary. While she was cooking burritos, she asked me "How much garlic do you want me to use?"
Huh? Garlic? "Uh...not much."
She filled the sauce with garlic. I haven't had Mexican food since.
