SameSame thing happened to a mate of mine, down the road in Keighley. Slight bump, hardly worth even getting insurance involved but the taxi driver that hit him (he was in the wrong) tried to sue for whiplash and loss of earnings. Also, when it came to a court case, the car had also mysteriously sustained a lot of damage, like it had been seen to with a sledgehammer...
