not sure if it'll help but...either consumer rights people or citizens advice or any other busines regulation type organisation (forgive my naivety, I've no idea if such a thing exists). Whilst they may not be able to help directly they may keep records of tosspots like him if they regularly do this and it may help citing further examples of their gross moral twatitude. Of course UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES read these and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES copy any of them or take any inspiration from any of it. If I had time I'd read through them all and highlight the ones which you especially UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES mustn't do.
