My Grandma had something like thatShe bought it for my family in late old age, and no-one could bring themselves to claim they liked it - in fact we all knew we were all scared of it - but we couldn't take it down from the sideboard for fear of retribution. It's still there even now she's dead. There's something about it that screams "don't fuck with me". Personally I'd get rid of it pronto but I guess my parents are scared. I know they never liked it when Grandma was alive.
