Loved, lost and found again
Good story. I'm not one for ghosts etc but sounds bloody freaky to me.

I respect the fact that you sorted yourself out, too. That's not something I could do despite ten years of trying. In the end it took 20 hours of counselling to put me on the right path. So you must me made of stronger stuff than I.

I'm trying to get off my anti-psychotics at the moment
Been almost a month since I reduced the dose by a third and I'm doing alright - enjoying life much more in fact. There's a lot to be said for "facing up to things yourself".. but I'm not sure I'll ever be off the pills - I'll just try and reduce them step by step over many months until either it all gets on top or I get free and don't go insane again - well if I do I'll probably be sectioned for the third time. It's a little naive to say, as many do around here, that's it's just a case of pulling yourself together. That doesn't work when you can't control your emotions or hallucinations are getting out of control.
