quite righti just don't feel that the result justifies how much we all pay for it, is all. if we had clean hospitals, good dentists and doctors without waiting lists, great schools, transport that actually worked, free heating for the elderly etc etc, i wouldn't be whinging at all. but paying £3k a month in tax when we have none of the above is what is painful.
and yes i know there are many places to live that have not a single one of the advantages we do have, but it was only meant to be a tongue in cheek post in the first place!
