it's the same with medicineBeechams cold and flu remedy (paracetomol+phene whatever+caffine) is about £3 dearer than Morrisons Cold and Flu remedy containing EXACTLY the same ingredients.
Zorvirax cold sore cream is about a fiver, tesco cold sore cream with the same ingredients - a shade over 2 quid

SnakeOilALWAYS buy own brand paracetamol/Brufen etc; It's about 30p a box and is chemically identical to the £3-4 stuff you see on TV.
