Tightwads
There's saving money, and there's being tight: saving money at the expense of other people, or simply for the miserly hell of it.
Tell us about measures that go beyond simple belt tightening into the realms of Mr Scrooge.

Got it!
No, not teh AIDS
If you could bind some sort of flourescent tracer to an otherwise harmless chemical that would be taken up by your ovaries anyway, you could just take a UV light into the toilet with you, and you'd know if you were ovulating because your wee would glow when you shone the light on it!

that would be ace, although
by the time you're ovulating it's pretty much too late to get pregnant that month given time needed for sperm to travel to meet egg, etc.

Ah, that's a good point, actually.
What I really need is some way of making one's ovaries glow in the dark at the appropriate time. But then there's too much flesh in the way for any glowing to be visible.
This idea needs a lot of work...and possibly someone who can actually remember some biology.
