I'm not sure about your use of the word "should" here"Could", yes, but why should we? We grew it. What are the poor going to give us for it? If we give it away for free, they just end up dependent on us. I thought that people in the third world didn't want handouts, they just wanted the chance to work themselves out of poverty. Well, we're giving them that chance by ignoring them and leaving them alone to get on with it.
