"used correctly, whipped cream can be a delicious addition to a dessert."

I've got a card from Richmond council
that lets me park free for half an hour, and various other things. They're given out to any resident who wants one.

It comes with instructions on various things you can do with it, like get your half hour ticket, top up credit on it, use it for discount parking etc. Each one has written instructions, and a little cartoon showing the actions.

Every one of them, at the end, says 'Then you may go about your business', with a cute picture of someone walking away from a pay and display machine.

Makes me chuckle.
