I was once sent on a training course on how to use Microsoft ProjectHowever every department I worked in after that tended to just colour in boxes on Excel because no one could use Project and it wasn't available to all employees, they had to put in a request for it to be added to their user area and have a valid reason why the needed it so no one bothered.
Aren't training courses, more often than not, pointless?
