My Great-Uncle left me his visitors book which along with boring people like the Queen and Harold Wilson has Spike Milligan's signature in it. It's all loopy.

not what you want to hear but...i tried patches and all that but in the end you're still drip feeding yourself nicotine - so all that happens is: first time down the boozer, bit pissed you smoke again
cold turkey is the only way - 5 years since i had a fag
and refuse all joints that contain tobacco - weed only!
