Tourettes.Woof!
Well, maybe a slightly more intimate relative of tourettes- someone who'll unexpectedly start whispering sweet filth in my ear and secretly get kinda grubby in inappropriate situations... on the tube, weddings, job interviews, during dinner with their parents, at the police station - you get the idea.
