Annoy me a lot more than these guys for selling payment protection, which in effect didn't protect you from anything, as I found out in 2009 when i was made redundant. When I took out the PPI I trusted my bank (i know, what am I like)It was only a few years later when I realised what a scamming bunch of arse holes they were/are. Vag's right though, it's easy to get your money back, you just compalin to your bank and also get the financial ombudsman involved by logging a camplaint with them. These law companies make between 50-60% commission, based on the 5.5k i know i'm owed these companies promise me 2k!In regards to reading the small print, it is a good point but took out my loans before the banking scandal, so foolishly trusted these scum bags....Never again!
