Fine...The internet thing:
I made the mistake many moons ago of taking an apprentice-type job at a large telecomms company.
There were about 30 of us apprentices on this particular scheme and I was one of the oldest, being 21 at that point.
At that time, the internet and email policy of the company was "don't take the piss and don't get caught".
Us apprentices never had enough work to do, so we started to take the piss. We came up with a competition to find the worst video on the web (this was mid to late 90's, so the internet was relatively new to us).
I won - rememeber the vid of the Russian soldier getting his head cut off? I sent that around.
I got caught. I got sacked. Internet policy got changed. people couldn't even book holidays from work anymore. People weren't pleased.
