I hear ya too...I've held positions of very senior responsibility in my career field. When I was made redundant last year I attended a Job Seeker's interview and my details were apparently "matched" to appropriate vacancies. I was asked whether I'd consider working as an administrator for the National Minimum Wage and travelling forty miles a day for my trouble.
