Be careful,a tip which has questionable legality but may help in the long run will be to take something of value. Deppending on your employer this could be an asset or simply information.
It will give you some bargaining if things go down shit creek and if things are never resolved you have something to sell to recoup losses.

Sounds like a fair bet.The first 2 months the pay was late and now the last month's hasn't even been discussed. I've sent a few requests but have all been ignored.
