Strange happenings in Liberty City...
Whilst playing GTA 4 the other day I stole a rather nice Blista Compact, in said car there was only one person (the driver) but after driving the car around for a while a man got out when I stopped, where the piss did he come from?

As well as this I paused the game to go for a slash and when I came back what was the in-game time?

Sometimes when you nick a car with more than one person in the passenger doesn't get out in time so you just drive around with them screaming like a banshee
if you slow down they get out or you could just drive them off the pier
