I got lucky with Foucault's Pendulumbecause I read the bulk of it on a train journey which was seriously delayed, lasting nine hours instead of the scheduled five.
Unfortunately, I got to the end only to realise that it is, indeed, utter shite. Well-researched shite, yes, but still...
