The most elusive of beasts (Cabbits are a close second)....When I was a kid, I was utterly convinced of the existence of Jackelopes (cross between a jack-rabbit and an antelope). As I grew older and wiser I began to suspect that they were entirely a matter of fiction. However, doubt was banished when I saw a stuffed one in a resturant a few weeks ago.
