Raising Arizona was probably his best film/
If he's able to make fun of himself or at least do something funny he's pretty good, at least in my opinion. Other than that I'm no big fan.

What I did find interesting was Roger Ebert's (fat critic) point of view, that's he's one of the few actors to really throw himself into roles. To bad or good results though I dunno. I found myself looking at him in some posters though and I think he probably believes he believes he's the role.
