I'm having some luck with the lozenges
I started using them before I actually quit, just a couple a day instead of a cigarette. After a while I started preferring them to smoking. What really sealed the deal was I got a chest infection and so was using the lozenges instead and when I coughed my phlegm was full of grey, black and brown bits - made me realise exactly what I've been doing to myself and so haven't wanted to smoke since. I'm still a bit addicted to the nicotine mind but I started off on the 4mg ones, managed to get myself down to the 2mg ones and am using half as many now. Asda have their own brand ones which are half the price of the Niquitin ones and just as good - you should be able to get them in the medicines section in the big Asdas.
