It's because
A) this is the internet, thus, despite all the tales of violent retribution, there's not one person here capable of dishing out a light beating, let alone anything more severe
B) this is the internet, and so reasonably anonymous - who are you going to stab?
C) this is the internet, as so trying to stab him through your screen is only going to break your screen
D) this is qotw, meaning he's not the most annoying one here, not by a long shot.

I was assuming
that he (or she) is probably an irritating twat outside of B3ta and so really it was a general wondering as to how they made it this far in life without getting stabbed.
