At a Christmas party for The Firm I work for:
The girls placed the cigarettes in your mouth and lit them whilst leaning towards you slightly so that you could get a good look at their cleavage.
Sadly, thanks to the cunts who decided to remove the right to smoke that kind of thing isn't likely to happen again.
