The one thing I had to work out myself though!Was once you have found the courage and fired that old rubber band and placed your fate in the lap of the gods (who to be quite frank have spent many thousands of years fucking it all up big time if various religious texts are to be believed!)
Once you have taken the leap of faith, let go and moved on .....
