I witnessed a crime

Fantastic,
In a previous life I was pretty much a daddy to my now ex's baby. (Baby wasnt mine of course) and as such Id take use of the parent and child spots. I would get riled when people would use them without kids. Its just not morally right. Their positioned with wider spaces so you can open the door and get a car seat out. Theyre near the store to avoid crossing a road and to get a baby out of the cold quickly.
Its immoral to park in these spaces and disabled spots. Simple as.
I was ready to start a website, naming and shaming those that I spotted taking up these spaces.
Something like this:
