You're right.I had a fight at school, and the twat of a teacher who found us decided to sort it "properly", he took us to the gym and produced some boxing gloves! (This was the 70s, it wouldn't be allowed now.
Well, I had never boxed before, and neither had the other kid, so we just proceeded to knock shit out of each other, until twat teacher tried to stop us, and got an elbow in his face.
We were then dragged off to the headmaster, bollocked and caned. Still we were heroes for quite a while after that!
