I witnessed a crime
Freddy Woo writes, "A group of us once staggered home so insensible with drink that we failed to notice someone being killed and buried in a shallow grave not more than 50 yards away. A crime unsolved to this day."
Have you witnessed a crime and done bugger all about it? Or are you a have-a-go hero?
Whatever. Tell us about it...

heh
This reminds me of an anecdote from some south American travel book. The author saw a guy out in a massive storm climbing an electricity pylon. He kept watching, wondering what the hell this shady character might be up to.
About 20 mins later the pylon got struck by lightening and the bloke scarpered with all the copper wiring he could carry.
He'd climbed up there in a lightening storm to put up a conductor so he could get at the booty.
It takes all sorts don't it!
