I witnessed a crime

When I first lived up here in Sheffield, I live in Gleadless Valley. Described yesterday as the worst part of Sheffield. It was described recently by my mate as being somewhere that if you yawn they'll nick your fillings. I'm up in Dore now. Much nicer.
Is it Charlotte Court Halls you are in ?
