Christ, I know what you mean.We got a voucher for a balloon flight. Cancelled five times for weather, had to have the tickets extended for a year as the Mrs fell pregnant, cancelled a few more times, moved to Switzerland after that. Cost my brother-in-law more than 160 quid and we never got to take the damn' thing...
