Has to be quite difficult
to spot a nonce doctor, especially if he's picking on very young kids.
I'm slightly surprised the mothers allowed him to work behind a curatin though, there's really no reason for a parent to be shielded from their own child.

Wouldn't happen nowadays but I think he started in the 80s
