If they're in clingfilm then they're not poached
and they come out as blobby microwave style eggs. And should be shot out of a thai whore's arse into the nearest sewage outlet.

Recipe for you...
get some pudding or risotto rice and cook gently with milk, spring onion, salt, pepper and a little garlic. Let it soak up the milk a lá rice puddding.
Place a layer of the cooked rice mixture in a rammekin(sp?) and crack an egg on top. Cover the raw egg in more of the rice mixture, top with a little cheese and bake in the oven till golden on top.
Eat and enjoy.

It's a bit like poaching only the water isn't boiling
and you need a coddling pan (or some other devious trickery) to stop the eggs from munging together into one big egg.
Although ... one big egg might also work.
