In woodwork class
somebody was using the sanding disk on the back of a lathe to sand something "the size of a matchstick", needless to say, it fell in the gap between the sanding table and the disk, along with his fingers. It pulled out his fingernails and sanded off the tips of his fingers. Nobody liked him anyway, we all laughed.

In woodwork in our school.
Someone was messing around with a file and the metal bit came off and apparently "stuck in a kid's head." I wasn't in the class at the time, but it does sound funny.
