You can't actually do the second thing WHILE you're being attacked and/or raped.
Although you'd get a sure-fire conviction if you did.

Convicted of rape? that's debatable.

It's like russian roulette, only you'll be raping people.

Why rapes are seldom reported - Reason #126.

three women i know were raped when they were in their late teens
and i'm beginning to think the attitudes of another couple may have been formed by "stuff they never talk about" (although that's a guess) - basically, it's scarily common

It doesn't make for great dinner-party conversation though.

it does make for quite a bombshell over first date dinner however

Haaaa, I've done that.
It was indeed quite the bombshell.

Well, it was the second time I met him, first proper date.
Still with him though, so I must not be too much of a pathetic individual.

Sadly true

I was merely sort of lightly picking on 90nz0's poor phraseology.
I should probably have just ignored the thread.

That's sad.

Jesus, I thought you were night-shift.
Well, in work we deal with sending down rapists- we collect and organise the forensic evidence and blah blah blah, I reckon that for every 10 requests we get to go to court, six are for rapes, three are for drink-drives and the others vary.

I'm basically glued to the computer during the week, thanks.
My cousin was raped and they never convicted the guy because she had been drinking.

Oof.

/breaks NDA.
We had one the other day, where samples were reuqested from the victims friend, as she'd had sex with the rapist directly AFTER the rape- so, she'd contain both the suspect and victims DNA if he'd raped her. He did.

=(
That's horrible.

Yup. We should be dealing with the court-case soon too, he'll probably be sent down.
Thing is though, cases can take over 8 months to build before they get passed to the CPS.

I didn't realize it took that long.
