There's quite a lot of leeway in where the seat is, forwards/backwards and up/down,
I've got it as far back and as high up as it'll go, and the handlebars pulled forwards so my hands are just above my lap (with room to pedal) when steering. It's very different to riding a bike.

I used to have a motorised one
It was very different from either a car or a motorcycle. The steering takes a little getting used to but probably only a couple of days.
