Not that fatal.It takes a good bit to kill you. Like, bits of air in syringes don't do anything to you.

there has to be enough of itso that there's still a nice big bubble by the time it reaches your heart. It would probably split into small bubbles if you injected it into a peripheral vein, and get released in the lungs.
