Your jokes against deaf people do not, of course, count as prejudice as they are explained by the context of your deafness.
In fact, I don't think that you're prejudiced against people of other races, but what you are definitely doing is using language so poorly that the most reasonable interpretation by a stranger is that you are, in fact, racist.
That's an interpretation one would want to avoid.
