Hopefully he's in tonight and will give me a straight answer. If not I'll ask someone else (though I don't like asking that person as they are the "now you owe me one" type and guilt trips you into swapping shifts when she wants I'd do it without the guilt trip)

i always agree to swap with someone
for shifts, it makes it easier than 'i'm still owed money for these hours' or finding some other way they'd like to be paid back.

I told her once I couldn't swap with her as it was Tegans mums birthday and she went on about it for weeks.
