I used to ride, and I've dated several bikers.
My ex had crashed twice, and both times it was the fault of the teenage girl driving the car he argued with.*

I find that car drivers tend to drive with less care and attention, possibly because of the relatively safe environment they're in.

*Having said that, I also know a chap who's crashed about 6 times in 4 years, and he refuses to admit defeat and get a car. Bloody danger to other road users.

I'm sure that there are probably equal numbers of bad car
and bike drivers, but surely the person who drives the extremely vulnerable vehicle which only needs a minor tap when going at 90mph to cause instant death shouldn't be the one cutting into the inside lane to go past someone.
