Thanks matey
Long time no speak.

I've been lurking here a while and I've quite enjoyed it. We've started lying about our lunch lately too. I fully blame JMG for this.

The old broken record himself?
I lurk here most of the time these days. I popped out the woodwork to say hello to you.

Haha, he's quite amusing
Al has claimed that JMG is actually an alter-ego of Legless. I'd bet a small amount of money on him being an alter-ego of some regular.

Thanks for popping out, I must arange a bike related shindig near Epping sometime with you and DiT.

No you misunderstood
I didn't think he is actually Legless, it's just he ended a post with "cheers". So I made an internet in joke.

Yes we will sort something, and I'll probably bring my brother along too when he gets back from Uni.
I reckon cr3 could quite easily make an automated JMG post generator and we'd be none the wiser.

Sound idea
There are a lot of MTBing b3tans.

I've just bought me a new Marin 140 which is begging to be thrashed... DiT has a brand new Spesh Hardrock too.

Excellent decision, though I must say Marin's product line is getting a little confusing these days.
It used to be "adjustable mid-travel" "short-travel XC" and hardtails. Now there's all sorts of stuff, and its bloody confusing that for 09 you could buy about 3 grades of Mount Vision...

Yeah...
It's kind of logical on their website. Their bikes are divided into 100mm, 120mm, 140mm and 160mm flavours with varying spec for each platform.

They do some nice hardtails too.

I think its because I actually liked reading their catalogues, and the 09 one is really confusing.
Plus, it doesn't help that they keep certain names, but change the type of bike they put them on (like the B17 used to be a dual-sus downhill bike circa 2000, but they cnaged it to a long-travel-forked hardtail). I need to stick with the times.

Anyway, my shopping list features an Orange P7 Pro. I want a steel hardtail so bad :)

Automated JMG
Now THAT is a brilliant plan. You should put that idea in bug requests.

C'mon cr3...
