Once I foolishly did a Christmas Food Shop without a car
Got halfway home on the bus, but the bus driver refused to stop next to my road (there was no one else on the bus, and the bus goes past my road, stupid jobsworth) so I got my eight bags and waddled away.

Got to the end of my road and a guy ran out of his house, he'd seen me out of the window and he helped me carry the bags to my house.
