excellent report!
I would love to go abseiling again, last time I went I was 14 and abseiled down the back of a waterfall in the lakes (granted this had all sorts of safety grips and stuff but it was still fun) and then I was made to sit down on the rock face and wrap my legs around the rope and then lie back so I was hanging upside down with my arms out at each side like an upside-down crucifix.

THAT WAS AWESOME!
