I think about everything far too much, really stupid things like I'll be walking down the road and I'll wonder how many bugs that I can't see am I squashing with my big clompy shoes, and do they have families, and do animals feel love like we do and mourn others. I also can't just wake up and go out, I have to think every situation through and prepare for it, like if some friends called and invited us to their house. I'd have to know what kind of house is it, will there be anything the kids might break, is there a raod outside their house that kids might run into what are the alternative routes if we get diverted should we eat before we go or will there be food there, I'd have to tell someone where I am going and how they can reach me if they need me in an emergency. All this could go through my head in about 10 seconds flat and it will continue until the event is over.
So b3tan psychologists can you teach me how to stop my mind from driving me mad with such rubbish I mentioned before? Does anyone else think like this or is it just me?
And I don't want a lobotomy nor do I want to hit myself with hammers.

will you eat before you go or after? If you abseil and hang upside down after you eat or drink why doesn't the food just fall out of you? After you get home what will you do? Go to bed and read? Have a shower? etc. etc. etc. etc.

After an hour and a half I'll have a shower at the centre and drive to the pub quiz where I will buy a drink, talk to my cohorts and arouse Mo Mowlem.

is to lie face down at the foot of a cliff and imagine Hazel blears dressed as Jimmy Krankee, looking doe-eyed over her shoulder at me and licking her nose.
This then gives me an erection and I find myself pogoed to the top of the cliff.

I would love to go abseiling again, last time I went I was 14 and abseiled down the back of a waterfall in the lakes (granted this had all sorts of safety grips and stuff but it was still fun) and then I was made to sit down on the rock face and wrap my legs around the rope and then lie back so I was hanging upside down with my arms out at each side like an upside-down crucifix.
THAT WAS AWESOME!

I used to, when I was doing book keeping for money, get horribly obsessive about my own money. Every penny had to be accounted for. Now I just spunk as much cash on as much crap as I can get my hands on.

Something like that.
