My mother hasn't lived in Scotland for 30ish years.
I have only been there a dozen or so times. I consider myself to be South East English, then again I will support Scotland when they are playing rugby against anyone apart from England.

I have lived in Kent all my life.
Bar a couple of years when I was 18, when I moved down to Hampshire.
