I remember having a look at the Icke forum back when he was the compo.It was very amusing. Apparently it was clearly man-made and meant to destroy humanity/certain races or whatever, and when it became obvious it wasn't very deadly, this was apparently evidence that 'the man' had failed to make it powerful enough.
